2 Eggs unbeaten 1 cup sugar* (see note on bottom) 1 1/2 c. chopped dates or rasins dash of salt 2 Cups rice crispies cereal 1 c shredded coconut Cook all ingredients except rice crispies and coconut on low heat for about ten minutes stirring constantly. remove from heat add two cups rice crispies roll into balls and then dip in coconut (let cool) makes 36 * the recipe calls for 1 cup but we think that was sweet and we used less , so we used only a 1/2 cup and thought they were fine that way
