We like to take groundbeef and make thin patties out of them (season to taste)

then we fill the center with bacon bits / cheese/ onions or what ever we want

(my favorite : blue cheese crumbles and bacon bits) then we top with another pattie seal the edges and grill them they are really yummy.:q

Now here's an old thread brought back...;)  Is OP still around?

How do you "seal the edges"?  I can just see the burgers sliding apart as you bite into them....

This does sound good. My wife does the same thing with meatloaf. She uses mozzarella cheese and bacon.

We did the stuffed burgers, turned out GREAT!

We also now are doing the mixed in burger. New favorite is taking japapeno and roasted red pepper and chopping it up with the magic bullet and mixing in some monterey jack cheese, all in the bowl with the ground beef. Make the burgers and away we go. came out awesome

How does that magic bullet work?? We are actually looking at that and almost got one but when i read the reviews people said they broke easy due to plastic parts and I didn't want to do that till i talked with someone that has one

How hot do they come out?? I'm not a spicy spicy person....sounds great but I am afraid of the jalapeno :)

Oh yardmaster seal the edges with a fork we tried this and it was GREAT......we loved them except hubby uses different cheese cause he doesn't like Blue cheese:(

I also tried this and varied it by using a recipe I found for Feta bugers (suppose to be a low/no carb recipe)

I mix chopped fresh spinach , tomato, and the garlic and herb feta cheese crumbles and fresh minced garlic and serve them with out a bun ....and everyone loves them.

Just don't get close to anyone for a bit :q with all the garlic LOL

The magic bullet rocks! I don't abuse it, I use it, no problems with breaking, kids love to make smoothies with it, it makes them right in the mug...
