DETAILS


 

Hook-ups: Water and electric

 

Activities: Pot Luck Dinner on Thursday with the State Staff (bring a dish), Chapter Hospitality on Friday Evening. There will be: seminars and round table discussions, a Golf Cart Rodeo, Oreo Cookie Stacking Contest, Cornhole Toss, Bocce, Flea Market (suggested donation $5 per table, all table fees go to Charity), Samgo in the evening and more…

 

Charity support: Canned good/non-perishable items collection, Chapter Raffles, Flea Market table proceeds

 

Wine Tour: Wine tour on Friday at local winery including tasting and tour of the vineyard. http://www.balicwinery.com

 

Entertainment: Friday night kids program, Music Saturday night by “The Boyz-R- Back” hits from the 50’s-80’s

 

Children’s Activities: Games, Crafts and other activities for them to participate in and Costume Character Parade Saturday Night.

 

Teen Activities: Schedule of activities to be announced.

 

On Site Activities: Use of pool FREE for the weekend. For a small fee we will provide you with a wristband that entitles you to unlimited use of Water Slide, mini golf and other park attractions.

 

Local Attractions(all within 30min): Richland Village and Cape May Seashore Train, Bridgeton Zoo, Atlantic City Casinos, Millville Raceway, Glass Town Art Museum in Millville, Padre Pio Shrine (Landisville)

 

Early Bird Parking: Parking begins Thursday at 10:00 am. Potluck dinner on Thursday evening, please bring a dish.

 

Regular Parking: Parking begins at 9:00 am Friday. Please be considerate of the staff and arrive before 8pm. Gate       will be closed during opening ceremonies.

 

Dinners: Catered Meal ($11pp): Hawaiian Ham, Baked Chicken, Stuffed Shells, Roasted Potato, Salad, Roll.

 

Children’s meal will be available for purchase at Samboree for those 12 and under



Breakfasts: Bagels on Friday, Pancake and Sausage Breakfast on Saturday and Coffee and Bagels/Muffins/donuts on Sunday.

hey i filled my form out and called cause I had a couple questions about this.....like the breakfast and the potluck and a couple other things.....maybe you can answer then being a seasoned camping samboree attendee LOL
