Warm happy Thoughts and thoughts of Camping are in my head, so I thought I would post some trips we are doing and maybe others want to meet up.

April 24-26 Knoebels in PA.  Staying in the main campground, electric only. They are not open for booking yet, mid month I believe.  Will post my site when we have it.  Great amusement park and free admisison, pay as you go rides.  GREAT FOOD!! always clean

May 21-24 beachComber Campground.. Staying in a ultra VIP(ohh ahh). Kicking off Summer, never been there, I hear it's nice...

June 25-28th we're heading to the NJ Samboree in Buena.. Kind of a command performance for the Dutchman.

July 10-12 heading to Ny State to Yogi Bears in woodridge, heated  spray pool for the kiddies... Never been hear it's nice.

July 24-26 going to Korns Campground in Middletown, NY. Never been, but I hear neat things.

August 22-31 heading to Ocean City Maryland to Frontier Town, J loop I believe...  Heard good things, hope i don't get rn over by a golf cart..:q

So whose up for meeting and sharing some fun....  It's time to plan and start gearing up for 2009!!!!!!

So far:

Knoebels will be Aug 13-16

Colonial Woods (Upper Black Eddy, PA) and probably Hickory Run (Denver, PA not the SP) in July

Eagles Peak (Robesonia, PA) and Pokagon (Indiana) State Park in June

and of course Seaport Camground (Mystic, CT) Oct 16-18

Not sure of exact dates in June and July....I'll let you know when the Mrs. lets me know...;)

I want to go to all of them LOL

I am going to the buena one this year definitly , Don't mention the name middletown NY to me hehehe...thats a sore spot as I8 always have trouble with work from that area :)

Frontier town is nice if you have kids but a little to close/crowded for my normal taste but i would definitly go there again it was fun

does thst yogi Bear allow pets??  I don't think it does for some reason??
