We are looking at BellePlain and Allaire State Parks for a couple weekend getaways. I see the rates are $20/night....do the sites have any hookups? The maps show water locations but there is no info as far as electric hookup.

Hello, I have not been to a NJ State Park, but one good friend of mine does, he told me they are normally "bondocking" only. You have to go to a station to either fill your water or dump your waste. But some do have electric hook ups while others do not. Hope this helps!
