Do you own the pic at the top of the site? What i'm thinkin'....since we are all fairly close together...and could run into each "around the campground" and not even know it...maybe a sign or something with that pic. Vicki Dave where are you. I use cafepress for another camping club and they do provide a great service. Just don't buy their embroidered products they are really bad.

I have to apologize we have been trying to keep up with you all but hubby just started a new job and we are still working out all the kinks in it!! They messed up stuff...our insurance changed / we had a wedding in the family, a big birthday thingy and we are still finishing our house (building the patio and kitchen still needs counter tops finished ...and the list goes on....needless to say our lives have been a crazy mess this entire summer. We have really been swamped this summer and we are trying to do to many things at one time I think. Enough of all that .....and let me answer your questions!! I do not OWN the design but it is free to use on a free to use site where you can make your own logo's and your allow to use the design... We actually are working on getting this made into some things such as stickers for RV ...Towels (hint hint Greg!!) and also Tshirts with the logo on it. It is actually several different graphics that I combined so it is unique in that respect. We can definitly do some checking up on this and see what we can do with it. Feed back on what you would like and if interested on Tshirts ...etc please let me know Also if anyone needs to get ahold of us...and you don't see a post or two on here please send us a PM we are trying to get caught up so we can take a few more trips before the dreaded winter!! We are also trying to plan a trip but as we now have our house getting ready to rent out we have to pack up and move all the rest of our belongings before the end of the month!!

It sounds to me that you do own the logo. If the site allows you to use their designs to create your own unique logo then it stands to reason that you would own the intellectual rights to that logo. You may want to check the fine print on the website. Let me know if you want hand towels or any other items that I might be able to help with. Our flags are becoming very popular with our members. I really hope that this group takes off as we have had so much fun with ours and have made friends that I am sure will last a lifetime.

I am going to do some checking on the logo (haven't had a chance yet) I think we definitly will need to get something so we may be able to spot other members when out and about. As soon as I know for sure about the logo I will be posting a poll for all to participate in. Feedback will be appreciated.

Ok... I found out that the picture/logo although we actually added our own touches to it...is ok to use. So we can make stickers and such I will be getting some prices and items together I will post the cost of those items and see if anyone is interested and what/how many they may want. Although we started this site / club late for this camping season I would like everyone who has friends or family that camp also tell them to pop in and post ....anyone you think might be interested please give them the address I'm hoping if we can work on this...this winter and that by spring we can really get some good trips in and start meeting some like minded campers. If any one is interested in bumper stickers......or flags T-shirts or some type of club sticker /logo thingy let me know and we will see what most people want. I have a few things I know I would like but if anyone else would like something special please let me know.

That's great to hear. I think small flags would be a good idea. I don't know the size but they are like the ones that my wife hangs from a small pole, similar to a shepard's hook but straight across the top.
