General Rules of Conduct Participation in the Firside Friends Camping Club Forum is contingent upon your acceptance of the following terms and rules. By participating in this interactive community, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms. Please make yourself familiar with the Rules & Regulations before posting. The forum is here to encourage the building of friendship and camaraderie among like-minded individuals. No Flaming No flaming, harassing, abusive language, swearing or abbreviations of such words, personal, racial, religious, ethnic, or sexual related insults and slang’s. This includes linking to sources outside which contain such ill-mannered content. Flaming is considered attacking another user or users in a vulgar, harsh or with the use of personal attacks. Any attacks against the forum moderators or administrators of Fireside Friends Camping Club will not be allowed. If you disagree with an action taken on the forums by a moderator/administrator, you can send a complaint to the administrator via PM or email to be reviewed. These individuals volunteer their time and do the best they can in an often-difficult situation. Censorship Posts Topics regarding forum censorship will be removed. All content posted on the forums will be allowed/removed at the discretion of the forum moderators/administrator. The posts will be removed and a warning given to the poster. Any further posting about the topic by the poster will be considered Spam and the forum account would be banned from accessing the forum. Bad Word Filter. Any attempt to circumvent the forum’s bad word filter will not be tolerated including posting avatars, forum names or signatures that contain a word that is censored by the bad word filter. Modification of words or the use of abbreviations in order to circumvent the filter will also not be tolerated. Relevance to Topics: Please make sure that your postings are relevant to the subject at hand. It is normal for some topics to drift from the stated subject. However, to ensure maximum benefit for everyone, we encourage you to keep your postings as close to the subject as possible. Advertising/Solicitation: FFCC was started for friends and families to come together as a group to share our passion for the camping lifestyle. This forum is for non-commercial use only. Users should not distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funding, advertising or solicitation for goods or services without requesting and receiving prior written approval from site administrator. Confidentiality: Please keep in mind that this forum is in a public space; so don't post anything that you don't want the world to see. Phone numbers and most importantly addresses and other confidential information, Remember we often post that we will be camping at a specific time and place. Which means that we will be away from our homes. *These rules are subject to change, we will do everything possible to allow users the freedom to talk, but if the posts are causing chaos or inhibiting others freedom to enjoy themselves we will take appropriate corrective actions to maintain a family friendly forum* Forum Legal Disclaimer Fireside Friends Camping Club is not responsible for any messages posted here.
